Production Facility
Located in Ayios Silas 3rd Industrial Area of Limassol, CyPellets headquarters house the latest European technologies.
The washing line has the ability to shred, wash and dry up to 1,500kg of PE or PP, film or rigid plastics, per hour.
The pelletizing machine receives the dried shreds, melting and morphing them into the final pellet form at a rate of approximately 1,200kg per hour.
Our master batch option on the pelletizing machine gives our clients the option of choosing any colour of pellet they desire.
CyPellets currently has an annual production of:
● PE/PP Rigid Plastics: 7,000 Tons
● PE Film: 11,500 Tons
Storage Facility
Any additional orders? No problem! Our spacious storage facility has the ability to store up to 1,200 Tons of raw material as back-up at any one time whilst continuing our supply from external sources.
